These Terms govern your use of the Taggit platform provided by KLM Design & Prints Ltd (trading as Taggit), registered in England & Wales. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Taggit provides asset tracking and compliance management software accessible via web browser and mobile app. We reserve the right to update features with reasonable notice.
2. Subscription & Payment
- Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- Annual plans include 2 months free compared to monthly billing
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the next billing date
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
3. Acceptable Use
You may not: use Taggit to store unlawful content; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; resell access without written permission; use automated tools to scrape data.
4. Your Data
You own all asset and compliance data you input into Taggit. You may export your data at any time. On account termination we retain data for 30 days then securely delete it.
5. Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% uptime. Email support is provided for all plans. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately that breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
