How long does setup actually take?

Do I need NFC tags, or is QR enough?

QR works perfectly for most use cases and you can print labels yourself. NFC is faster for high-volume scanning (just tap your phone) and more durable in harsh environments. Taggit supports both — mix and match per asset.

Will an HSE inspector accept Taggit reports?

Yes. Taggit generates timestamped PDF reports covering PAT, LOLER, PUWER and general inspection records, with full audit trail and certificate history per asset. Print them, email them, or hand the inspector the PDF directly from the dashboard.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything (asset register, certificates, full audit trail) as CSV or PDF at any time, including up to 30 days after cancellation. No hostage data, ever.

Does it work offline on site?

The iOS app caches your asset list locally, so you can scan and log activity offline. Everything syncs to the cloud the moment you're back on Wi-Fi or signal — no lost records.

Can I migrate from a spreadsheet or another tool?

Yes. Basic and Professional plans support CSV import. Enterprise includes a guided migration where we'll move your register, certificates and history across for you.
